In ‘small problems’ the point is made that we shouldn’t ignore small problems, since letting them be may end up letting them grow into big problems and nuisances like finding a new employee creating massive problems.
It doesn’t pressure you – when you start feeling stressed out or overwhelmed it encourages you to step back and slow down. It is a fast read and is filled with practical examples of kaizen, which is small changes put in place to bring about big changes down the line.
