Like The Ringit was not as scary as the Japanese version though. I love how it gives ohjshi Ju-On movies a more defined background story.

One top of all this is the misogyny, where once strong women do a and are reduced to simpering piles. I so want to read more because this author writes in a very simple sentences, very easy text to read, ohizhi easy to understand and maybe a person who cannot speak English very good, could read this book without problems.

Kei Ohishi doesn’t waste time with small irrelivant entertainments that don’t disturb. Only book that has ever sent chills up my spine and made me hate kn alone while reading it.
I wanted to cry and i kept looking around to make sure no one was there. I’m not a fan of the movie at all but I had some good feeling about the book. Espically in the case of the woman who was murdered and her son which was interesting as it gave a better view of why she became the thing that she did. Want to Read Currently Reading Read.
Not spectacular, but not awful either.

In the end is a good horror story. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Books by Kei Ojishi. The ending was very sad, and you get far more of a sense of Kayako’s feelings, thanks to her journal entries.

Mar 26, Alexander Engel-Hodgkinson rated it it was ok. That’s the whole story. This is the kind of book I was expecting from The Ring. Extramarc University of Michigan. In turn, ohsihi book made at least the Japanese version of the film a lot more enjoyable.
In case you don’t know his name, it is Toshio from the the movie Ju-on Ju-on literally means the curse or the grudge. If you don’t know the story, it’s basically about a woman who dies while in the throes of a terrible rage, and from then on decides pn kill ANYONE who is unlucky enough to darken her doorstep.
Hope not in your dreams but in those funny startling email jokes. Anyone unfortunate enough to meet up with a ghost killed by the grudge is then killed-and so it spreads.
Search the history of over billion web pages on the Internet. I would recommend reading this first before seeing the film but it’s After seeing the American film at the cinema and eventually buying the Japanese film, I found this to be a refreshing read because it explained the films in much greater detail.
That’s normal, the story really relies on visual cues, that sometime get lost in the translations, with the author being forced to describe somethings and then explicitly say that the characters aren’t noticing it. Every woman’s looks is described over and over and the brand items they carry are name dropped like the author didn’t have any idea how women act, dress or view themselves.
There are a series of characters. Due to the success of the two videos, a movie adaptation was made in Japan and was distributed in the US. I am not really into horror books so I have not enough benchmarks to say that this deserves a 5-star rating.
Which is a lot for me since I can never stay focused on one thing for too long. Any fan of “The Grudge” movie.
