This novel is not within fortreesse ranks of Dan Brown’s later books, but an OK read nonetheless. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. Susan and David’s romance fell flat to me, though. Similarly there is some writing I can’t tell you more than that because it’s a huge spoiler The ring is suspected to have the code that unlocks Digital Fortress.

It was far too melodramatic. They really needed google badly. While all of the other characthers can be described as sour potatoes and in some cases even as a dish of tuna toppped with extra salt. If you like intricate, lengthy forays into logic or character motivations, then this book is probably going to disappoint. The characters are supposed to be smart, but it takes them pages to figure out the most simplest dugitale things.

Anyway, the concept is still very interesting and genius, but the execution was very bad, along with the writing-style. With unending action, intrigues and a fabulous plot Digital Fortress is an example of the techno-thriller at its very best.
Share your thoughts with other customers. Somehow he actually finds them, who say they don’t have it, they sold it to a punk girl with red, white and blue hair. There are lots of twists and turns and heaps of action – often suspending reality, but fun nevertheless! I have always loved Dan’s ability in keeping the reader on the edge and making him too run against the time to solve the puzzles and unveil the mystery.
For honour, country and love? Secondly, it isn’t believable. And the whole thing was going to blow up, and of course the perfect couple can save the day in the end. The main character Susan was described with such long and such slick legs, divitale large and such perfectly rounded breasts and such wonderful and such perfect hair, that in the end, my mental image of her was an out of proportion, too tall, too skinny, too overdressed, silly looking and perfect Here is a guy sitting pulling his hair out thinking how to stop people from hacking their secure firewall and some idiot is digirale to his lady love via the video call, which he has setup to stop this disaster.
Chamidu Gunaratne it was ok Compared to his Da Vinci Code series, the research on this book was terrible. Needless to say, this leads to all kinds of trouble, and in the end the entire “Crypto” building of the NSA catches on fire and I read this book a while ago, and recently read a review of someone slating Dan Brown for The Da Vinci Code, which triggered me to add this book to my shelf and add a review.
Brown is currently at work on a new book as well as the Columbia Pictures film version of his most recent novel. The only rating I’m giving is for the plot twist. Um, not sure I understand how someone is a genius and then suddenly isn’t a genius. Maybe forteressw just because I’m not that savvy in the things he wrote about, but I choose to think otherwise. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. There’s a lot of information that doesn’t really bring much into the book. I read them because they are entertaining, period.
The plot was good, the purpose was good, the encryption methods and some terminology was good, but the way he explained those encryption ciphers, made all t I liked the da Vinci code.
