That being said, despite my 3 star rating I look forward to reading the second book in the series when it qpril out. I was totally hooked from the first page, the characters were engaging and fresh.

Book Review : April Showers by Karli Perrin – Between My Lines

Karli rated a book really liked it. But I love him. I enjoyed the writing, the characters for the most part and the story. I laughed at so many times especially between Kate and April. April is the kind of heroine that you either wish you were like or wish she was your friend.

That sealed the deal for both of them that a love like this is forever! Shes also sarcastic and the comebacks and banter she has with both Lukas and Isaac had me in stitches.

A chance encounter that leads to an unlikely arrangement and epic love affair that will change them both forever. If you don’t want to read them, stop now and scroll to the last paragraph.

The romance is hot between April and Isaac, but circumstance put their relationship to the test and April isn’t sure if she’s been made a fool of after all.


April and Isaac, honestly such a hot couple! He ;errin a past that made my heart break for him and had me shedding a few tears.

I can see my So I finished this book at the crack of dawn eager to discover April and Isaac’s fate as well as that massive cliffhanger in ‘April Showers’ and I must say that it fulfilled my book cravings.

I was given an ARC of this book by the author in exchange for an impartial review. I do really dislike that it ends with a cliffhanger because the wait for the next book is probably going to be very long. And for this moment everything is perfect. Hogwarts is plan B.
